Terms of Service

Tovrik (“we”) builds and hosts websites, online ordering, and kitchen-screen software for independent businesses. Onboarding is concierge: our staff build the site for you, and you review it before it goes live.

We also offer optional monthly services — texting back missed calls, requesting and answering reviews, online booking with reminders, and keeping your business listings and social profiles current. We deliver these using our own tools and third-party service providers.

By subscribing to Tovrik, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront. The Flex plan is $39/mo plus $1 per order and is always billed monthly. Front Desk and Growth are billed monthly on top of your plan; they are not available on annual billing and can be added or dropped anytime. A one-time setup fee of $299 applies to every plan.

If Tovrik is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

You can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you can take your domain and your content with you.

Everything you give us — your text, images, menus, and product photos — belongs to you. We host and display it only to run your site.

Do not use Tovrik for unlawful content or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Tovrik Technologies LLC operates an SMS program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. Message use cases include transactional messages (demo scheduling, appointment confirmations and updates, and replies to your inquiries) and, with separate consent, marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time: text STOP to cancel and you will receive no further messages. Text HELP for help, or contact us at sales@tovrik.com or (903) 494-6827. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your state) to opt in to receive text messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
